Connect your AI agent to AI Glot

Set up AI Glot in ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Mistral and other agents through one official guide.

Connect AI Glot to the agents you use for translations, including ChatGPT, Claude, Codex and Mistral.

Connect AI Glot to your agent

Copy this prompt into your agent. It follows the official guide.

Connect AI Glot to this agent by following https://ai-glot.com/agent.md. Set up only what this client supports, then verify my workspace without starting a translation or spending credits.

To have a file translated right away, even before you have an account, paste this instead. Your agent prepares the translation and gives you a link to sign up and launch it.

Translate a file with your agent

Your agent asks which file and which languages.

Translate a file for me with AI Glot. Ask me which file and which languages, then follow https://ai-glot.com/agent.md

One official setup guide

The AI Glot agent guide is the single source for client-specific setup instructions. Its source is public on GitHub. It checks your current client, reuses a working connection and gives the steps supported by that client. You choose the workspace and approve OAuth access.

AI Glot skills

The AI Glot skills and plugin packages teach your agent how to translate files, localize a repository, run translation campaigns, check workspace access and manage glossaries. Installing skills does not connect an account or grant access to local files.

Local files

For files on your computer or in a repository, the AI Glot CLI can read the local file contents. Signing in to the CLI does not connect MCP in a separate agent. Chat attachments require the file access provided by your host.

For the tools available after connection, see the AI Glot MCP guide.

Use these docs with your AI tools

An AI agent can read this documentation directly. You do not need an account or an API key. Everything here is public and read-only.

Query these docs via MCP

Recommended

Add this server to Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Mistral, or any tool that supports MCP. Your agent can then search AI Glot Docs documentation and read it in full, instead of answering from memory.

https://ai-glot.com/docs/mcp
  • searchFind the passages that answer a question.
  • fetchRead one page in full, as Markdown.
  • list_pagesSee every page in this documentation.

Query these docs over HTTP

The same tools also work as plain web requests. Use this for scripts, or for any tool that does not support MCP. There is one endpoint per tool. Arguments go in the query string, and the answer comes back as JSON.

https://ai-glot.com/docs/api/docs/search?query=custom+domain

Read the OpenAPI description. It is built from the same definitions as the tools, so it always matches what the endpoints do.

Read these docs as Markdown

Add .md to any page URL to get its Markdown source. You can also send the headerAccept: text/markdown to the page URL itself.

To read the whole documentation in one file, open llms-full.txt. For a short index of every page, open llms.txt.
